Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is cooked properly, presented attractively, and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food plating, garnishing, and portioning to ensure consistency and quality
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times




- Support the team in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy pots or ingredients, and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and servers
- Passion for the food industry and a positive attitude towards delivering excellent guest service
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
