Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant Italian restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Italian dishes with precision and care, ensuring every plate meets our high standards. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian menu items, including pasta, sauces, and other traditional dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and handling protocols at all times.
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and ensuring timely delivery of meals.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.




- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure guest orders are accurate and meet quality expectations.
- Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues promptly.

Skills

- Previous food preparation or cooking experience in a restaurant setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper sanitation procedures.
- Experience with food service operations within the food industry or restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques specific to Italian cuisine.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and support smooth kitchen flow.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and improve culinary techniques.
