Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies




- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food service and kitchen operations

Experience

- Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service workplace preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen equipment operation required
- Experience in meal preparation and food industry standards is highly desirable
- Familiarity with restaurant workflows and customer service principles is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Previous experience in the food industry will support success in this role
