We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately while promoting our products effectively.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, focusing on upselling opportunities.
- Process cash transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Assist in technology sales by demonstrating product features and benefits to customers.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, change calculations, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.




- Communicate effectively with customers regarding promotions, product information, and store policies.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy boxes.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for transaction accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have AGLC Proserve.
