Please note this is a full time role (30-40 hours/week)

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced brunch environment and has strong experience with egg cookery and kitchen prep.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate in a fast-paced environment to provide all areas of the restaurant with clean, sanitized dishware
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ensure company food production specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols
- Uphold cleanliness of workstation
- Support in all areas of the kitchen

Key Requirements:

- Must be able to work nights/close/mornings/weekends
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant considered to be an asset
- Attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Possess basic food handling and preparation knowledge
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements for This Role:





- Previous line cook or brunch cook experience
- Strong egg cookery skills, including poached, fried, scrambled, and over-easy/medium/hard eggs
- Experience with daily kitchen prep
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume brunch service
- Robust organization and time-management skills
- Consistent attention to food quality, presentation, and portioning
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized station
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Weekend availability
