Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation to support the kitchen’s daily operations
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist with meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks




- Adhere to all restaurant policies related to serving, food preparation, and safety standards

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic cooking techniques is highly valued
- Experience with meal preparation and food service operations helps ensure a smooth transition into the role
- Familiarity with serving guests and understanding customer expectations enhances overall service quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
