Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food assembly to ensure timely meal service
- Follow recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency and quality
- Execute cooking tasks such as grilling, sautéing, frying, and baking with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with food safety standards
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently handling multiple tasks
- Assist with food handling procedures, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients




- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in meal preparation
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
