We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious food, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality meals in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely service during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage.
- Support food safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
- Help with meal assembly and plating to ensure presentation meets restaurant standards.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and efficient service.
- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures consistently.

Skills

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and proper kitchen procedures.
- Ability to cook multiple dishes simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Strong understanding of meal preparation and food presentation techniques.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and front-of-house staff.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with serving or customer service is a plus but not required.
