Little Cubs Family Fun Centre is looking for an energetic and dependable Team Leader to help keep our Family Fun Centre running smoothly and create a fun, welcoming experience for children and families.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside our Crew Members while helping lead the shift, coordinate birthday parties, support staff and keep the fun running!

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support Crew Members during shifts.
- Assist with staff scheduling and daily organization.
- Help ensure the Family Fun Centre is running smoothly, safely and efficiently.
- Respond to emails and confirm birthday party details with families.
- Coordinate birthday parties, including party setup and pizza orders.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest questions or concerns.
- Monitor children in the playground and respectfully enforce playground rules.
- Help organize special events and children's activities.
- Support the café by taking orders, preparing hot foods and making beverages.
- Keep the playground, café, reception and party areas clean and organized.
- Jump in wherever needed and complete regular Crew Member duties.

Previous customer service, recreation, hospitality, leadership or experience working with children is an asset. Food Handler Certification is preferred.

Regular Winter Schedule

Wednesday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM & 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM & 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

Friday: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Statutory holiday availability for winter months is required.

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
