Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site in one of our properties in Canada. The role requires you to work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings. This is an existing vacant position within the organization.

Base compensation is $38,000 with an apartment suite included as a taxable benefit, plus employer-paid advantages and performance bonuses. The role offers training, career development opportunities, and a supportive, inclusive work
