- Monitor physical and psychological changes in residents
- Participate in care plan reviews and interdisciplinary conferences
- Provide coaching and support to care staff Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program
- Current BCCNM license as an LPN
- Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
- Experience in long-term care preferred
