Join Canada West Health Solutions and provide compassionate overnight care at a long-term care community in Victoria. We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for dedicated part-time night lines and casual night coverage.

Your Role As the night-shift LPN, you will:
- Provide safe, resident-centred nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
- Assess residents, monitor changes in condition and respond to clinical concerns.
- Document care accurately using PointClickCare (PCC).
- Provide direction and support to Health Care Assistants/Resident Care Aides.
- Communicate clearly with the care team and complete thorough shift handovers.
- Follow infection prevention, medication-management and resident-safety procedures.





What You Bring
- Current BCCNM registration as an LPN in good standing.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Solid clinical judgment, communication and organizational skills.
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled or accepted shifts.
- Long-term care or seniors’ care experience preferred.
- PointClickCare experience preferred.

Casual night coverage: Available shifts based on your availability and community needs. Minimum hours are not guaranteed.

Before Placement

Selected candidates will need to provide professional references, a current TB test, immunization records and confirmation of BCCNM registration.

Location

This is an in office position in Victoria, BC. Applicants must be able to reliably commute. Accommodation, relocation, travel and mileage expenses are not provided.
