You will partner with Residents, families, and a care team to evaluate services and support an workplace that emphasizes hospitality, choice and belonging. As LPN, you will oversee nursing care, work with managers and health services partners, document incidents, audits and resident priorities, and promote person-directed care and wellness through best practices.
