Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Lumber Yard Worker, where you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient operations within our warehouse environment. This energetic position involves handling, organizing, and managing lumber and building materials to ensure smooth distribution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload lumber and building materials using heavy equipment such as forklifts, and clamp trucks
- Safely operate warehouse machinery including order pickers, forklifts
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries
- Assist with order picking to fulfill customer requests accurately and promptly
- Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring all materials are properly stacked and accessible for easy retrieval




- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents
- Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, verifying inventory, and updating warehouse management systems
