Sister centres, Oxford Learning Kanata & Stittsville are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Education Coordinator to join our dynamic team and work between both locations. You will play a crucial role in managing projects and accounts, contributing to the overall success of our services in the education sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Work with kids and their families to help students of all ages achieve academic success. We teach students from pre-school to post-secondary levels how to learn, concentrate, listen, remember. But most importantly, to believe in themselves as they reach their academic dreams.

This is not an online job. Relocation packages are not available. Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues. Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion of client projects.

Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Utilize Customer Relationship

Management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and project progress.



Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent French an asset Solid customer service & sales skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients - kids and parents.

Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - this includes student assessment and programming. Proficient in analyzing data to drive decisions and improve client satisfaction. In this position, you will play a key role in helping students develop their self-confidence and self-esteem.
