As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to partner with us on a contract basis, supporting multiple manufacturing and engineering searches.

If you're a recruiter who thrives on finding hard-to-source talent, enjoys working independently, and wants the flexibility of contract work while partnering with a collaborative team, we'd love to connect. As our Contract Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing and engineering positions across a variety of industries. Conduct candidate outreach through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.

Complete phone and virtual interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit. Assess candidates using behavioural interviewing techniques. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.





Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System. Provide market insights, salary trends, and competitive intelligence when appropriate. Previous experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, operations, or technical positions. ~ Comfortable working independently while collaborating remotely with a small team. ~ Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ~ Knowledge of manufacturing environments and engineering disciplines.
