WE’RE HIRING – MAINTENANCE & REPAIR LABOURER

Repin Property Management is looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance & Repair Labourer to join our team.

This position involves travelling to apartment buildings and rental properties to complete general maintenance, repairs, and service requests.

Responsibilities include

Repairing and replacing door knobs, locks, and hardware

Repairing doors and door frames

Caulking tubs, showers, sinks, and other areas

Minor plumbing repairs

Repairing and replacing window and door screens

Completing general handyman repairs in rental units and apartment buildings

Troubleshooting minor maintenance issues

Completing assigned service requests efficiently and professionally

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Communicating professionally with tenants and team members

Requirements

Previous handyman, building maintenance, or general repair experience is required

Valid driver’s licence is required





Comfortable working independently and travelling between properties

Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, caulking, and general repairs

Ability to use common hand and power tools safely

Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple service requests

Professional and respectful when working inside occupied rental units

We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can confidently handle a variety of day-to-day property maintenance and repair tasks.
