Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance will help keep our operations running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support automated processes
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels
- Conduct welding repairs and assist with boiler maintenance as needed
- Follow safety protocols related to low voltage electrical systems and industrial electrician standards




- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance

Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including low voltage systems
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting electrical circuits
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, welding techniques, boiler operations, and industrial electrician tasks
- Ability to operate CMMS software effectively for maintenance planning and record keeping
- Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of equipment failures quickly
- Solid communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable
