Ltd. (AHSL) is proud to provide year-round maintenance services to Alberta Transportation on the Southwest Calgary Ring Road (SWCRR). Our dedicated team works from a brand-new, modern facility in Southwest Calgary to ensure safe, reliable, and well-maintained roadways for the public. We operate 24/7/365, covering a range of activities - from snow and ice control in the winter to grass cutting, drainage, surface repairs, bridge upkeep, and traffic safety support in the summer.

We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Highway Maintenance Operators to join our growing team. As a Highway Maintenance Operator,



you will be responsible for both equipment operation and physical labor, ensuring the SWCRR remains safe and operational year-round. Completing daily inspections, minor repairs, and routine maintenance of equipment.

Working in all weather conditions, including long shifts (up to 12 hours), night shifts, and being on-call during winter. High school diploma or GED (asset).

Valid

Class 3 or Class 1 driver's license with air brakes endorsement and a recent 5-year abstract. Reliable personal transportation.

Experience in heavy equipment operation (asset). Road maintenance or construction experience (asset).Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to changing conditions. Solid communication skills in English.

Ability to pass pre-employment fitness and drug/alcohol testing.
