Position Overview

This is a 4-month full-time contract position based in Kelowna, BC. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance process improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and supporting our established FIIX CMMS platform, while developing efficient systems, workflows, reporting tools, and maintenance processes that improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.

Working closely with the Production Manager, Maintenance Team, and Production Leadership, you will play a key role in optimizing preventive maintenance programs, improving data quality, standardizing maintenance procedures, and creating sustainable systems that support long-term operational success.

Key Deliverables The contractor will be expected to:

- Optimize the existing FIIX asset management practices to improve system effectiveness
- Improve Preventative Maintenance compliance and maintenance planning to support equipment reliability
- Standardize maintenance procedures and documentation across the organization
- Develop maintenance KPI dashboards and reporting to measure maintenance performance




- Enhance equipment data quality and asset management practices.
- Create scalable systems that improve maintenance efficiency and reliability.

Experience & Education

- Minimum 2 years of experience implementing, administering, or managing job tracking systems
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning, asset management, and reliability principles.
- Experience developing preventive maintenance programs and maintenance workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred
- Experience with CMMS.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance methodologies and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
- Experience creating SOPs, maintenance procedures, workflows, and KPI reporting.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
