Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker with hands-on experience in roofing, flooring, painting, and general repairs. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and completes tasks safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out roofing repairs, installation, and maintenance as assigned
- Prepare floor surfaces and install, replace, or repair flooring
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes
- Apply paint and other finishes neatly and evenly
- Complete general property repairs and maintenance tasks
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials accurately
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and appropriately
- Keep work areas clean and organized and remove debris after completing tasks
- Follow instructions and complete assigned work within agreed timelines
- Communicate work progress, repair needs, and safety concerns to management
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

- Physically demanding work involving lifting and carrying materials
- Standing, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks
- Working indoors and outdoors
- Working on ladders or at heights with appropriate training and safety equipment
- Maintaining attention to detail while completing tasks efficiently

Requirements

- Language of Work: English
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
