Make an impact with our Forensics & Litigation Support team as a Manager, AML Regulatory Compliance. This diverse team of professionals combines accounting and investigative expertise to protect clients’ assets and reputation. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients strengthen their AML compliance programs through independent assessments, regulatory compliance reviews, and practical risk-based recommendations that support regulatory readiness and effective compliance risk management.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute AML compliance effectiveness reviews and independent assessments for a variety of clients.
- Assess AML compliance programs, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, transaction monitoring, client identification, training, and governance frameworks.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of AML controls and identify compliance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Apply regulatory knowledge and professional judgment to analyze evidence, assess compliance, and develop practical recommendations.
- Conduct and oversee testing activities, review supporting documentation,
and ensure findings are supported by sufficient evidence.
- Analyze observations and identify root causes, emerging risks, and broader compliance implications.
- Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
- Manage project workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and client communications to support successful engagement execution.
- Conduct regulatory research and remain current on AML requirements, industry trends, and emerging financial crime risks.
- Contribute to proposal development, engagement letters, and other business development initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to the development of team knowledge and best practices.
Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of direct AML review, independent assessment, or AML compliance testing experience, or 3+ years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, risk management, public accounting, or a related field, with demonstrated progression toward leading engagements and managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with AML regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, criminology, law, finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA, CAMS,
CFCS, or a similar professional designation is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and professional skepticism skills, with the ability to assess evidence, identify risks, and develop well-supported conclusions.
- Ability to connect testing results and observations to broader compliance risks and operational impacts.
- Effectively manage multiple files and projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presenting findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, sound professional judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
