We are looking for a Manager, ERP & Supply Chain Systems Transformation, reporting to the Director, Global Manufacturing Systems and Processes, to act as a key business leader. You will be at the forefront of defining the target operating model and driving the industrial performance of our Powersports, Marine, and Megatech groups on a global scale. Design, evolve, and deploy the Target Operating Model (TOM) across all supply chain systems.
Serve as the voice of Operations to IS&T; by translating business needs into high-value functional requirements. Analyze, arbitrate, and prioritize the continuous improvement roadmap based on ROI and operational impact. Develop business cases, manage project budgets, and ensure seamless communication from shop-floor teams to executive leadership.
University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field combining business and technology. At least 15 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, including Target Operating Model definition and change management. Strong understanding of ERP flows (MRP, procurement, EWM/TMS logistics, manufacturing) and experience in a business interface role during major deployments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
Availability for occasional travel to our international manufacturing sites.
