We build the heavy-duty industrial piping that keeps essential infrastructure moving across the country. Every shift, our crew turns raw materials into high-durability products through precision, craftsmanship, and pure momentum.
Day Shift: $24.00 / hour (6:45 AM - 7:00 PM) Night Shift: $26.50 / hour (6:45 PM - 7:00 AM) Shift Pattern: Full-time, 12-hour continental rotation (3-on / 2-off, 2-on / 3-off) Onboarding: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM during initial training Comprehensive Health and Dental coverage through Securian Wrap heavy industrial rubber piping onto large-scale production spindles with precision and structural integrity. Power through demanding physical tasks, maintain high energy, and remain active on your feet across 12-hour shifts. Collaborate closely with your crew to crush daily output goals while maintaining an uncompromised commitment to plant safety rules.
Bring a track record of executing heavy manual labor and persistent heavy lifting across extended working hours. Demonstrate previous hands-on experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Possess your own dependable ride to ensure punctual attendance (our facility is not accessible by public transit).
Prepared to sign an Overtime Averaging Agreement prior to your official start date. Forklift operating experience is a strong plus, though not required. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
