Job Summary The Golf Dome is looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support the company’s marketing, social media, promotional, and community engagement activities. This role involves creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, assisting with marketing campaigns and events, monitoring performance results, and identifying new opportunities to increase The Golf Dome’s brand awareness and customer traffic.
The successful candidate should be creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with management and other departments.
Job Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an interest in marketing, social media, content creation, and promotions.
Experience using major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,
and other digital channels.
Ability to create written content, graphics, photos, short-form videos, and other promotional materials.
Basic photo and video editing skills are required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines.
Comfortable analyzing social media and marketing performance data.
Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
Must be comfortable working as part of a team and coordinating with multiple departments.
Previous marketing, social media, event planning, or content creation experience is an asset.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools is an asset.
Knowledge or interest in golf, sports, recreation, or entertainment is an asset but not required.

Duties
✓ Create engaging marketing and promotional content, including written content, graphics, photos, short-form videos, and other digital media.
✓ Develop and publish content across the company’s social media platforms and other appropriate marketing channels.
✓ Help manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, ensuring all content is professional, engaging, consistent, and aligned with The Golf Dome’s brand image.
✓ Develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, social media reach, and public exposure.
✓ Monitor the performance of marketing content and campaigns using engagement, reach, traffic, and other relevant results, and recommend improvements.
✓ Help build and maintain a positive, professional, and engaging corporate image within the local community and online.
✓ Plan, promote, coordinate, and assist with events, promotions, tournaments, community activities, and other customer-engagement initiatives.
✓ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly,
and annual marketing reports as required.
✓ Assist with planning and executing marketing activities and events, conduct post-event reviews, analyze results, summarize key findings, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
✓ Develop marketing activities that generate greater exposure for The Golf Dome and help increase customer traffic, new customer acquisition, repeat visits, and overall business activity.
✓ Work with management and other departments to support seasonal promotions, special events, recent products, services, and other company initiatives.
✓ Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, community collaborations, and promotional channels that may benefit the company.
✓ Provide regular updates on marketing activities, results, upcoming campaigns, and recommended improvements.
✓ Support the company’s overall goal of strengthening its brand reputation, customer engagement, market presence, and business performance.
✓ Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 per week
