About The Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-focused Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, coordinating projects, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing activities, strengthen brand awareness, and support customer engagement.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and projects
- Create and update marketing content for websites, email, and social media
- Support social media planning, scheduling, and content development
- Coordinate digital advertising and promotional activities
- Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and campaign materials
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support website content updates and online promotions
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels
- Track project deadlines, budgets, and marketing deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing campaigns and customer engagement

Qualifications

- Previous experience in marketing, communications,



digital marketing, or a related field is an asset
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and project coordination abilities
- Comfortable working with social media, email marketing, and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Creative, collaborative, and proactive approach to work
