Mason Tender / Telehandler Operator

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m.–3:15 p.m. | Some Saturdays as Required

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Mason Tender / Telehandler Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a telehandler/mobile lift to move and position materials and equipment.
- Load and unload construction materials.
- Prepare and deliver brick, block, stone, mortar, and other materials to the masonry crew.
- Mix mortar and other materials as required.
- Assist with scaffolding, insulation, air/vapour barriers, anchors, and general masonry preparation.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment.
- Keep work areas, materials, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Work proactively to ensure materials are ready when the crew needs them.
- Follow all safety procedures, including Alberta OHS requirements and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the foreman, masons, spotters, and other crew members.

What We're Looking For

- Previous construction, masonry,



or material-handling experience.
- Telehandler/mobile lift experience and certification preferred.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Robust work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to safely lift and carry approximately 50–75 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on construction sites.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Safety-conscious with the ability to follow instructions.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to learn and advance.
