We are expanding the number of Registered Massage Therapists for in-home massage covering Calgary and the communities around it.

What you earn (clear and predictable)

- $80 for 60-minute sessions
- $120 for 90-minute sessions

If you complete 10 or more bookings in the previous month, your rates automatically increase to:

- $90 for 60-minute sessions
- $130 for 90-minute sessions

If you complete 20 or more bookings in the previous month, your rates automatically increase to:

- $100 for 60-minute sessions
- $140 for 90-minute sessions

For same day bookings you also earn a $20 bonus which applies to each session.

There are:

- No quotas
- No forced availability
- No pressure to maintain volume

If one month is slower, your base rate still applies. Consistency is simply rewarded. Many homes also book multiple appointments in the same house, further improving your earning potential. Less Driving, More Treating

Drive time is the first question most RMTs ask about mobile work, so we built our own smart booking system to keep drive time as low as possible.

When a new request comes in, the system sends it to the closest available therapist. If you are starting your day, that means closest to your home. If you are already out on an appointment, it means closest to where you are right now. The result is shorter drives between sessions and more batched appointments.

Your Safety Comes First

Walking into a patient's home should never feel like a risk. Before a patient is booked with you:

- Their photo ID is verified with identity verification software that confirms the ID is real
- A credit card is kept on file




- Their full intake form is reviewed by our team

During every session:
- You check in and check out through the ANVITA web app
- Our live care team monitors those check-ins to make sure you are safe
- Our team stays in regular contact with patients, so you are never handling things alone

About ANVITA ANVITA was built by Massage Therapists, for Massage Therapists.

Like many RMTs, I loved the work, but clinic life slowly caught up with me. Packing my day, skipping breaks, and seeing more patients just to maintain income eventually led to body pain and burnout.

The average career length of an RMT is often quoted as 5 to 8 years. I don’t believe it has to be that short. After switching to mobile massage, I realized it was possible to earn well, treat fewer patients,



and actually feel positive doing this work.

You choose when you work, where you work, and how much you work. Some therapists:

Requirements

- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) license in regulated provinces (BC, ON, NL, NB, PEI).
- In unregulated provinces, completion of a recognized 2,200+ hour massage therapy program and/or active membership in a recognized professional association (e.g., MTAA, MTAM, MTAS, FMQ).
