We are currently seeking a Registered Master of Social Work (MSW) professional to join our growing private practice team. This role involves providing individual therapy and assessment services to a diverse client base.

About the Position

This is a flexible opportunity based in Trenton with both virtual and in-person work; however will be primarily in person. You will be supported by our dedicated Client Care administrative team, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—helping your clients heal and thrive.

We’re seeking a compassionate, qualified, and committed therapist who is:

- Passionate about mental health and trauma-informed care
- Comfortable working independently within a supportive team setting
- Driven to provide high-quality therapeutic services

Requirements

- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree
- Registered and in positive standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
- Professional liability insurance




- Training in trauma-informed modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, somatic approaches)
- EMDR certification or training is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
