- The Engineering Manager will manage a Mechanical Engineering team of approximately 6–8 employees.

- Primary focus is on products that have already reached launch rather than greenfield product development.

- Lead engineering support for existing products including revisions, design updates and product improvements.

- Work closely with Production to ensure engineering changes and updates are implemented successfully.

- Build a high-performing Engineering team.

- Create scalable processes around product updates and lifecycle management.

- Develop and mentor technical talent.

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Strong people-leadership experience.

- Previous experience managing engineers or technical professionals.

- Mechanical engineering/product-design background.

- Robust SolidWorks proficiency.

- Experience supporting physical manufactured products.

- Experience with sustaining engineering, product revisions, engineering changes or product lifecycle support.
