Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Aesthetician (Clinical Skin Specialist) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver expert skincare treatments, educate clients on skin health, and provide personalized recommendations to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Your energetic approach and professional expertise will inspire confidence and foster lasting relationships with guests.

Duties

- Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other clinical procedures tailored to individual skin needs
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and treatment options to promote optimal skin health
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell skincare products and treatments to enhance guest satisfaction and meet sales goals
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards
- Provide guest services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, body waxing, and hair styling as needed to enhance overall client experience
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing guest inquiries,



and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client concerns and providing clear communication throughout their visit

Experience

- Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or Clinical Skin Specialist with a strong background in advanced skincare treatments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about skincare products and procedures
- Demonstrated ability in retail sales, upselling, and product demos within a spa or medical aesthetic setting
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a sterile treatment workplace
- Experience in guest services including eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, body waxing, and hair styling is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
