Aqua Clinic is looking for a full time/part time Medical Aesthetician to join their team at the Mississauga location, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

Our prospective candidates will be responsible for addressing skin care needs, as well as providing clients with advice and excellent customer service. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following

- Skin Care Treatment: Medical Facials, Hydra Facials, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplanning, Mesotherapy, Microneedling, Chemical Peels
- Laser Hair Removal Services
- Other Aesthetic Treatment: EMS Sculpting, Body Contouring, Body Treatment, Eyelash Extension, Massage
- Engage with clients both on the phone and in person
- Check in clients through booking system
- Assess each Guests needs and recommend products for home care
- Welcome each client and ensuring total client satisfaction by actively listening and communicating.
- Promote and sell products to ensure customer satisfaction




- Maintain the treatment rooms in a neat professional manner including stocking products and linens, cleaning and instrument sterilization
- Completes required client notes, maintains accurate documentation and filing of client files after each visit
- Ensure a clean, safe and visibly appealing operation including but not limited to your direct station.

Requirements

- Education and/or experience in the medspa industry
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is an asset
- Social media content creation/ marketing experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekends and holiday shifts
- Outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic and enjoy working with the public.
- A high level of integrity, work ethic and punctuality
- Experience working with computers and/or Point of Sale (POS systems is an asset)
- Excellent verbal communication, organization and time management skills.
- Should be comfortable with retail and service-up selling
- Knowledge in skin care is an asset
- Various other duties

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
