As a Medical Assistant, you will be the friendly face and efficient support system that helps our patients feel comfortable and cared for every step of their healthcare journey.

Duties

- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and prepare them for examinations or procedures
- Assist healthcare providers during patient exams by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and preparing necessary supplies
- Administer medications or injections as directed by physicians while following strict safety protocols
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Support patient care activities such as dressing wounds, performing basic lab tests, and providing health education
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-up calls,



and patient reminders to ensure seamless clinic operations
- Ensure clinical areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times

Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Proven ability to provide compassionate patient care with excellent communication skills
- Experience with medication administration and understanding of safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory; on-the-job training available for qualified candidates
- Basic computer skills for electronic health record management

Pay: $17.60-$35.87 per hour
