Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Clinic Assistant! In this role, you will be the friendly, organized face of our clinic, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care. Your will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and supported.

Duties

- Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately

- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications.

- drawing blood from patients for medical testing.

- Support medical staff by preparing examination rooms, organizing supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient visits

- Assist with patient care activities such as taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and providing basic patient education under supervision

- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and managing electronic health records with precision and confidentiality

- Support medication administration procedures as directed by healthcare providers,



ensuring proper documentation and safety protocols are followed

- Coordinate communication between patients and medical staff, relaying messages and updating records efficiently

Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment is highly preferred

- Proficient vein selection, precise needle handling, and basic computer/EMR data entry.

- Robust understanding of medical terminology to facilitate clear communication and accurate record keeping

- Proven ability to deliver compassionate patient care with professionalism and attention to detail

- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards is a plus

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy clinic setting

- Ability to work collaboratively with medical teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
