ALS is excited to hire for a Logistics Coordinator for our St. John's including delivering bottle orders to clients in the region and processing received samples into the ALS network.

The successful candidate must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting strict deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and quality. Pick up, package and ship samples using appropriate couriers and procedures and following sample receipt protocols

- Take weekly stock counts
- Trace lost/late shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and couriers
- Follow internal Standard Operating Procedures and schedules while ensuring analytical quality procedures are adhered to
- Observe established safety regulations and comply with all ALS health and safety policies and procedures
- Good English communication skills (auditory, verbal, writing, and reading) as required
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) on a basic level
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service background;

Experience with customer service setting

- Valid, clear driver’s license and use of own vehicle for travelling an asset
- Ability to travel. Extensive walking or movement, bending, and kneeling for a full shift
- Wear issued personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Ability to sit at a desk and do general office work, which includes periodic sedentary responsibilities if required.



An estimated hourly pay of $22.27CAD at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
