Position Title: Machine Operator Production AGI is a global food-based infrastructure company publicly traded in Canada. Duties may include operation of a variety of machines that cut, bend, roll or otherwise shape metal, and the operation of forklifts or other power mobile equipment.

Use a variety of manufacturing equipment to fabricate steel (industrial bends, plasma cutters, cut to length machines, etc.). Set up and operate all key equipment in the fabrication department (Plasma table, Laser, Presses, brakes, rollers) Arrange parts and staging of materials Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements Ensure quality checks of products are completed as required Report any quality concerns to lead hand Accurately complete scrap tickets, travelers and shift reports Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements i.e. continual improvements Report fabrication issues and assist in resolutions as required. High school diploma or GED is preferred One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Manufacturing experience is an asset Able to operate overhead crane and forklift (if applicable) Able to read,
