Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a permanent full time Production Operator to join its vibrant team.

The Production

Operators will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in all aspects of production handling.

Day Shift: From 5:30 am - 5:30 pm ~ Night Shift: From 5:30 pm - 5:30 am ~12-hour shifts (3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off) ~ Pay: $33.17 per hour There is no option to work remotely. Must be willing to work outdoors throughout all weather conditions.

Safely operate machinery such as forklifts, bobcats, and other equipment to transport materials and support production processes. Adhere to all workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance, reporting issues to the maintenance team. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience A minimum of two years of production line experience is required Previous experience operating equipment (forklift, bobcat) is an asset.

Personal suitability: Must have access to your own vehicle and a valid driver's license as the terminal is not accessible by public transportation.
