The Service

Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and our technicians. This role is responsible for understanding customer concerns, recommending maintenance and repair services, preparing estimates, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery. Greet customers and build strong qualified relationships.

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Prepare repair orders and service estimates.



Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.

Communicate repair progress and updates to customers. Review completed work with customers and explain services performed. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records. Achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred. Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services. Strong customer service and communication skills.
