Position Overview

Muti Kitchen and Bath Inc. is seeking an organized, customer-focused Millwork Project Manager to manage kitchen, cabinetry, and millwork projects from start to finish. This client-facing role serves as the main point of contact for customers and coordinates with our sales, design, and production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and within the agreed scope.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer projects from initial handoff through production, delivery, and final completion.
- Build strong client relationships, provide regular progress updates, and respond promptly to questions and concerns.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to confirm project scope, drawings, specifications, finishes, and customer expectations.
- Ensure required measurements, approvals, and project information are complete before releasing work to production.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones, deadlines, and outstanding decisions.
- Work closely with production to monitor progress, confirm priorities, and resolve issues that could affect quality or timing.
- Coordinate purchasing and material availability with the appropriate team members.
- Schedule deliveries with customers and the delivery team, confirming site readiness, access requirements, and delivery details.




- Coordinate installation where required and follow up on deficiencies or outstanding items.
- Document customer approvals, changes, additional costs, and revised timelines.
- Identify potential delays early and communicate practical solutions to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure a smooth handover at completion.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience managing projects in millwork, cabinetry, kitchens, interior construction, or a related industry.
- Ability to read and understand cabinetry drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A collaborative approach to working with sales, designers, production staff, and delivery teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and accountability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling or management software.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
