Mr. Apartment Guy Inc. is looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our passionate team!

As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in helping prospective tenants find their next home while representing our properties with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service. You will work directly with prospective renters, conduct property tours, follow up with leads, and guide clients through the leasing process from initial inquiry to signed lease.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Showcase available rental properties and conduct professional property tours
- Provide prospective tenants with accurate information about properties, amenities, rental rates, and availability
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from initial inquiry through application and lease signing
- Follow up with leads by phone, email, and other communication channels to convert inquiries into successful leases
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, prospects, and leasing activity
- Schedule appointments, showings, and property tours
- Assist prospective tenants with applications and answer questions throughout the leasing process
- Verify applicant information and ensure required documentation is collected
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout every interaction
- Stay organized and manage multiple prospects and leasing opportunities effectively
- Work collaboratively with the Mr.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, leasing, real estate, or property management is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Sales-minded, motivated, and comfortable working toward goals
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong computer, data entry, and administrative abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective tenants
- Confident negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Professional, energetic, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for property showings
