We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Monitoring Security Supervisor to lead our security surveillance team. In this dynamic role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Monitoring Centre, ensuring effective surveillance, incident response, staffing coordination, system functionality, and compliance with company and client requirements. This role provides leadership to monitoring personnel while acting as a key point of contact for operational, technical, and security-related matters.

The Supervisor ensures service continuity, operational excellence, and timely escalation of incidents across all monitored locations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness, reliability, and overall success of the company's monitoring and remote security operations.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily monitoring centre operations and provide direction, guidance, and support to monitoring staff.Review overnight activity, incidents, outstanding issues, emails, and operational communications.Prioritize workload and assignments based on client needs, operational demands, and security events.Ensure monitoring procedures, dispatch protocols, escalation processes, and reporting requirements are consistently followed.Monitor CCTV systems, alarm activity, and security events across assigned client locations.Coordinate staffing requirements, shift coverage, replacements, and emergency scheduling needs.Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance.Support recruitment, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and training of monitoring personnel.Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective action when performance or procedural issues are identified.Ensure all staff maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.Investigate security incidents, unusual activities, and alarm activations.Coordinate dispatch and response efforts with security guards, site personnel, emergency contacts, and management.Document incidents thoroughly and ensure accurate reporting.Review monitoring footage and recorded activities to identify missed incidents, deficiencies,



or operational concerns.Maintain awareness of ongoing incidents and verify completion of required follow-up actions.Monitor camera health, connectivity status, and video quality across client sites.Perform first-level troubleshooting of CCTV, NVR/XVR systems, alarms, network connectivity, gateways, and related technologies.Escalate unresolved technical issues to technicians, vendors, or management.Support new site installations and system commissioning, including camera setup, alarm verification, emergency-contact validation, and system testing.Assist with system integrations using different AI-powered detection systems, and remote monitoring technologies.Support and oversee monitoring services utilizing AI detection and drone-supported monitoring technologies.Review alerts and suspicious activities generated through technology platforms and coordinate appropriate responses.Monitor Water Hero Leak detection systems, including water-consumption trends, valve activity, system alerts, and abnormal water conditions.Ensure monitoring platforms are functioning properly and that all alerts are addressed promptly.Process authorized surveillance footage requests.Retrieve, review, preserve, and securely distribute video evidence when approved.Maintain confidentiality and chain-of-custody standards for all video records.Serve as a primary contact for clients, site supervisors, emergency contacts, technicians, and vendors.Communicate operational updates, incidents, service disruptions, and corrective actions professionally and promptly.Respond to inquiries relating to monitoring services, security incidents, guard coverage, and system performance.Maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.Maintain accurate site information, emergency contacts, monitoring instructions, camera inventories, and operational records.Complete reports,



logs, schedules, follow-up records, and tracking documents.Ensure all required documentation is current, accurate, and audit-ready.Track and manage outstanding operational, technical, staffing, and client-related issues.Coordinate contingency measures during equipment failures, power outages, network disruptions, severe weather, or other service-impacting events.Conduct quality assurance reviews of monitoring activities, reports, dispatch actions, and incident handling.Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements:Minimum 6 months-1.5 years of experience in security operations, monitoring, surveillance, dispatch, or any supervisory roles.Solid knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm monitoring platforms, and incident management procedures.Experience supervising employees and coordinating schedules.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office, email systems, and monitoring software platforms.Ability to interpret CCTV footage accurately and respond promptly to emerging threats or incidents.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.Valid Security Guard License (preferred).Certifications related to security operations or surveillance are preferred but not mandatory

Working Conditions
