Kickstart your career as an Associate Mortgage Underwriter with First National in Toronto! This full time position focuses on mortgage documentation, due diligence, and relationship building with brokers. Reporting to the Manager of Third Party Residential Underwriting, you will support the documentation review process while applying sound judgment.

Your role will involve interacting with mortgage brokers and external partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and escalating issues as needed. Review mortgage documentation for accuracy and compliance

- Build positive relationships with mortgage brokers and partners
- Adhere to AML policies and procedures Experience in Financial Services or Mortgage industry
- Completion of Mortgage Agent Course is an asset
- Proficient in PC software and Microsoft Office
- Develop your underwriting expertise and foster collaboration within a supportive team at First National.
