- Strategic Solution Design: Proactively analyze environment bottlenecks; propose and drive the implementation of architectural improvements and automated solutions rather than just contributing to existing deliverables.
- Decision Making & Governance: Act as the primary technical point of contact for environment-related decisions, defining standards for refreshes, monitoring, and health check protocols.
- Mentorship & Peer Review: Lead and mentor junior/senior team members, providing guidance on complex troubleshooting and ensuring best practices in scripting and CICD pipelines.
- Drive the coordination of SIT/UAT release cycles, ensuring all environment dependencies are identified and mitigated well before execution.

6+ years hands-on experience in Murex Infra/Environment/Config Management, Scripting - Experience with Back-Office Workflows, Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces and Trade Life Cycle - Leadership: Proven experience in a technical lead or environment management lead capacity within a Murex ecosystem.
