Duties

- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity.
- Deliver a variety of beauty treatments such as waxing (body waxing), ensuring client comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each client to ensure a safe environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs, offering personalized recommendations, and building lasting relationships.
- Engage in upselling retail products like nail care essentials and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.




- Promote additional services or packages to maximize client experience and revenue opportunities through effective communication.
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and product usage for future reference.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, current trends, and beauty therapy practices.
- Proficiency in body waxing procedures with attention to detail for safe and effective results.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, answer questions, and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to uphold high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes clients feel valued.
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience in retail sales or upselling services/products confidently.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
