Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products
- Engage in upselling by suggesting additional services or retail items that enhance the client’s experience and satisfaction
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, qualified atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Stay updated on current nail trends, techniques,



and products to continually improve skills and service offerings
- Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products and accessories to clients during appointments

Skills

- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, including shaping, polishing, cuticle care, and nail enhancements
- Experience with body waxing is a plus for offering additional beauty services
- Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and provide clear advice
- Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards consistently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Proven ability to upsell retail products naturally while enhancing the overall client experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Effective retail sales skills to promote products confidently and increase revenue

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
