We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Nail Salon Receptionist to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Schedule appointments efficiently using salon management software and manage walk-in clients
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing information and scheduling support
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, client preferences, and payments through data entry and filing
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage front desk operations including organizing files, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies,



and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

- Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred, especially in a customer service setting
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and salon management software like QuickBooks or similar tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced environment
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer support skills with a friendly demeanor
- Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and handling multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures such as appointment scheduling or bookkeeping is a plus but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
