Position Details
- Position: Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent
- Schedule: Part-Time
- Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Perform nightly auditing procedures and balance daily hotel accounts.
- Prepare reports and complete end-of-day accounting.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain a protected, clean, and welcoming front desk environment.
- Assist with breakfast preparation and other overnight duties as required.
- Ensure hotel security and provide exceptional guest service throughout the night.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset.
- Must be comfortable working overnight shifts.
