Job Summary Provide financial product advice and sell services to individual and business clients. Build and maintain customer relationships while achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.

Assess clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance to recommend appropriate products and services. Execute sales transactions, process applications, and coordinate with operations for account setup and servicing. Maintain accurate client records, follow-up activities, and sales reports in customer relationship management systems.

Stay informed about product features, market developments, and regulatory requirements; participate in ongoing training. Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or a related industry.

Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and common digital communication tools. Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline,
