We are hiring at our Toronto Branch for the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Pick and pick orders of sign supplies in preparation for shipping to customers. Load and unload delivery trucks both by hand and using a forklift.

Operate forklift and order picker. Ship and receive orders using appropriate shipping software. Receive and examine incoming material for discrepancies/damages. Stock inventory when replenishment shipments come in.

Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into ERP system. Use ERP system to track orders and answer questions for team members and customers. Assist couriers and delivery drivers with manifest information and work in order to maximize delivery efficiency.

Perform accurate cycle counts of inventory. Perform other duties as assigned (cleaning/sweeping warehouse, maintenance, special projects, etc.). Previous warehouse/shipping/receiving/general labour experience.

Completed High School

Diploma or equivalent.

Current

Forklift and Order Picker certifications considered an asset. Training can be provided. Advanced/fluent skill levels of French or other languages are always a plus. Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and warehouse materials weighing 50+ pounds on a frequent basis. forklift).

Computer literate: Printing Tickets,



Shipping Software, MS Office Suite, Internet Navigation, and ERP system experience. Interest in growing with Grimco - potential overtime hours, and supervisory duties in the future, etc.
