The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care while integrating quality improvement and lean methodology. They must provide safe, patient-centered nursing care and maintain accurate documentation of patient-related information.

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nursing diploma and be registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required to perform home nursing duties.
